Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) commissioned langdonlorraine to design a direct mail piece to be sent to all newly enrolled-to-vote 17 year olds in Victoria. The aim of the project is to educate and inform on the importance of voting and the three tiers of government.
A pencil was inserted into the concertina folded brochure, to remind the voter that the power is literally in their hands (filling out the ballot with a pencil) on election day.
